CNC Woodcrafters lead times vary from 24 hours to five working days depending on door quantity and size. Rush orders will be processed for an additional charge. Order processing hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Central Standard Time).
General information
*Since all of CNC Woodcrafters products are custom manufactured to customer size specifications, all orders will be delivered on a COD basis unless otherwise pre-arranged with our credit department. Credit applications available upon request. Please allow two weeks for credit application processing. First-time customers may be subject to a deposit before processing an order.
Order Processing
Orders may be faxed to us 24 hours a day. Orders may also be telephoned in to our customer service department or mailed. Any changes must be made the same day the order is placed. Orders changed after the same day will be charged for materials and time. However, CNC Woodcrafters will do everything possible to alleviate the cost to the customer. If the order has entered the manufacturing process, costs will be allocated in accordance with percentage of completion. *We now accept most major credit cards!

ALL doors, raw MDF, are guaranteed by the manufacturer against delamination, warpage, and defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of invoice.
MDF door and drawer fronts must not be subject to the following:
- Abnormal heat (above 150 degree)
- Excessive cold
- Extreme moisture
CNC Woodcrafters' guarantee covers replacement or repair on doors and drawer fronts. CNC Woodcrafters reserves the right to inspect any door in question. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by unavoidable accidents, strikes, stoppage of labor, lack of materials, obstructions or blockage of unusual routes of transportation, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the net invoice price of the doors. There are no other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
