Lead times vary from 24 hours to five working days depending on door quantity and size. Rush orders will be processed for an additional charge.

Orders may be faxed 24 hours a day. Orders may also be telephoned in to our customer service department or mailed.
Whenever possible, we will deliver your order via our trucks. Otherwise, your orders will be shipped freight or UPS.
Guarantee and conditions
ALL doors, raw MDF, are guaranteed by the manufacturer against delamination, warpage, and defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of invoice.
CNC Woodcrafters' guarantee covers replacement or repair on doors and drawer fronts. CNC Woodcrafters reserves the right to inspect any door in question and will not be held responsible for delays caused by unavoidable accidents, strikes, stoppage of labor, lack of materials, obstructions or blockage of unusual routes of transportation, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our control. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the net invoice price of the doors. There are no other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
Conditions of Guarantee
MDF doors and drawer fronts must not be subject to the following:
- Abnormal heat (above 150 degree)
- Excessive cold
- Extreme moisture
